OUR FUNDING MODEL

Neubloc's co-investment funding model creates a mutually beneficial commitment for product development success. Our executive team is long experienced having managed and funded companies through all the stages. They are available as a asset, to provide management and advisory support if requested, but otherwise remain a passive investor in your company. For example, we do not require a seat on the board or any controlling ownership in the company. As an equity partner, Neubloc is dedicated to ensuring project timelines are met, resources are utilized with absolute efficiency, and ultimately the success of your product.

OUR PROCESS

Neubloc evaluates the software product requirements, the stage of the company and other variables to make recommendations on the development team composition, engineering plan and development strategy. We'll then assess the ratio of cash to equity required for setting up the proposed development team. A convertible debt note for the value of the investment portion of the relationship is prepared, which is then converted to equity at your company's next financing event.

Our program has been designed with the objective to avoid cumbersome valuations, especially in the early stages when determining a firm's value can be somewhat arbitrary.
